This bicycle & trishaw tour is designed according to the morning cruise arrival time where the meet up will be at 1st floor arrival hall of Penang Swettenham Port.

Due to busy traffic in the port, the cruise passangers will require to walk for 5-10mins walking distance from the port to Tanjung City Marina bicycle and trishaw station to start the tour.

You will then cycle to Clan Jetty which forms part of the Heritage Trail. The jetties were built on water during the early 20th century as homes for Chinese fisherman; this was also the place where Dragon Boat racing first took place in Penang. You will also have the chance to see the street art, the result of a project funded by the government to liven up the streets. Some of the images on the walls of buildings are amazing and extremely detailed; you will feel like you are in an open air gallery! The cycling tour will lead you to a local traditional hawker food stall for a morning breakfast. You will enjoy great varieties of food that typically consumed by the in the morning. Once you have enjoyed your breakfast you will cycle to the Hock Teik Chen Sin Temple to listen to stories of the Hokkien Secret Society which challenged the Ghee Hin secret society in the Penang Riots of 1867. After exploring some more of the heritage sites you will be able to enjoy Penang famous traditional hawker food in the stall for lunch. This tour is a great way to explore this historical city and is a fun and exciting day to spend with friends or family!
